The 2010 Nike Cup will be held at
Albany Aquatic Center

This is a championship
tournament.
There will be a
sportsmanship award given to an individual team member in each game.
- 4 games for each team
- 6 minute quarters, stop time
- No over time
- 1 time out
- Running time after six goal lead
- 2 points for win, 1 point for tie, 0 points for loss
- Tie breaker is goals against, goals scored.
